Delivery and Pickup

QBM allows you to order online or by phone and pickup your order at our Bowen Hills Office. All products available online are also available for pickup.

When purchasing online and selecting Business Centre pickup, please check the stock availability shown against each product in the Shopping Cart.

When can I pickup my order?
A Customer Service representative will contact you either by email or phone to advise when your order is ready for pickup.The status of your order can also be viewed online using the Order Tracking facility in the Account section of the QBM website.

Queensland Business Machines contracts a range of courier companies that will also leave a delivery notification card if you were not available at the delivery address. Please call us to on 1300 792 844 to organise your goods to be redelivered.

Please note: failed deliveries may incur further charges for redelivery. Queensland Business Machines are unable to supply specific times for delivery.
