When is payment for my order required?

Payment is required before your order can be delivered to you, unless you have a Credit Account with Queensland Business Machines.

If you have selected to pickup your order from our sales office, payment is required upon collection of your order and photo identification may be requested.

What payment options do Queensland Business Machines offer?

Queensland Business Machines offers five payment options:

Credit Card

Queensland Business Machines accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.

Queensland Business Machines does not accept non-Australian credit cards. Payment from international customers is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer only.

Electronic Funds Transfer

Payment from international customers is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. Please use the information below to make an EFT payment:

Cheque

Queensland Business Machines accepts company, bank and personal cheques. Bank Cheques are subject to clearance, normally taking three business days. Please include your Order Reference Number and mail your cheques to the address below:

If you are paying by cheque when collecting your order at one of our Business Centres photo identification may be requested.

Queensland Business Machines, at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse payment by cheque.
