QBM can handle your HP warranty from diagnosing the problem to organising and fitting parts all with one telephone call to our Service Department.

QBM Service Department

We offer on-site or workshop service and repairs on all brands.

Preventative Maintenance Service

Performed on-site. Machines are inspected for worn parts and cleaned inside and out. A written report is provided outlining the machines general condition, noting repairs that are required. Repairs are carried out, if and when approval has been given to proceed.

On Site Service (external)

QBM service and/or repair your machines at your site, with same day service. We clean, service and repair your machines, replacing any parts necessary with your approval. All parts replaced are original parts and come with a full three (3) months warranty.

Workshop Service

Queensland Business Machines service and/or repair your machines in our workshop. We will perform a full service, the machine is fully dissasembled, cleaned and replacement of any necessary parts with your approval. If you would like a quotation on the cost of the repair, we charge $132.00 including GST for this service, if you decide to proceed with the service then it can be included in the final repair cost.

Multiple Printer and Facsimile Service

Our fully qualified technicians perform a full internal and external Preventative Maintenance Service on all your machines. There is no call out charge for more than five (5) machines. A full written report is supplied on the condition of each machine.
