SERVICE PROCEDURES 

External/On-Site 

Queensland Business Machines will come to your business premises and perform a thorough and prompt laser printer or facsimile repair within a 4-hour period or failing that within the same day.

One of our fully experienced technicians will service and remove any foreign debris, (such as paper dust and toner) and replace any faulty or worn parts. We will do this only if we have the customers consent to do so.

All parts that Queensland Business Machines provide are original parts and all come with a 3 months warranty.

Internal/In-House

This service is where the customer brings the machine into our workshop and a full service is performed. The machine is fully disassembled, by removing the outer casing. Any foreign material is removed and any parts replaced with your consent.

MULTIPLE PRINTER SERVICING

This is where one or two of our experienced technicians will come in to your office and perform a full internal and external Preventative Maintenance and thoroughly clean all of your Laser Printers, Dot Matrix Printers, Typewriters and Facsimiles. If you have more than five machines, then no service callout fee applies.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
